YAMAKAGE Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Garmin Connect IQ data field "YAMAKAGE" (hereinafter "the App") handles user data.

1. Information We Collect and Transmit

To calculate the true sunset and sunrise times based on surrounding terrain, the App transmits the following data to our dedicated backend server:

• Your current location (Latitude and Longitude)
• A randomly generated temporary Session ID

2. How We Use the Information

The transmitted location data is processed strictly in-memory on the server to retrieve terrain data and calculate the sun's trajectory.

3. Data Storage and Anonymity

• No Data Retention: Your location data is not saved to any database or persistent storage. However, it may be temporarily recorded in system logs solely for the purpose of monitoring system health and debugging. These logs are strictly controlled and automatically deleted after a short period.
• Anonymity: The App does not collect or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Garmin account details, or device serial numbers. The Session ID is a random string used solely for preventing server overload (rate limiting) and cannot be used to identify you.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or disclose your location data to any third parties or advertising networks.

YAMAKAGE プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、Garmin Connect IQ データフィールド「YAMAKAGE」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーデータの取り扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 取得・送信する情報

本アプリは、周囲の地形を考慮した日没・日の出時刻を計算するため、以下の情報を専用のバックエンドサーバーへ送信します。

• 現在の位置情報（緯度・経度）
• ランダムに生成された一時的なセッションID

2. 情報の利用目的

送信された位置情報は、地形データの取得および太陽軌道の計算目的のみに使用されます。

3. データの保存と匿名性

• データの非保持: 送信された位置情報は、データベース等に永続的に保存されることはありません。ただし、システムの健全性監視や不具合時の原因究明（デバッグ）を目的として、一時的にシステムログに記録される場合があります。これらのログは厳重に管理され、一定期間ののちに自動的に破棄されます。
• 匿名性: 本アプリは、氏名、Garminアカウント情報、デバイス識別子などの個人を特定できる情報（PII）を一切取得・送信しません。セッションIDはサーバーの過負荷を防ぐ目的でのみ使用される一時的なランダム文字列であり、個人を特定することは不可能です。

4. 第三者への提供

本アプリがユーザーの位置情報を第三者や広告ネットワークへ提供、販売、開示することは一切ありません。
